Things That Make You Go "Hmmmm"
You know those times in life when you see or hear something and go, "What the...?" This post is dedicated to those.
1. This outfit Jen sported a couple of weeks ago. Granted, mama still looks hot underneath all that stuff, but still a strange choice.
2. When Teresa Guidice told Jacqueline that she and her brother Joe were going to try "physical therapy" to heal the rift in their relationship.
3. Seeing 102 on the outside thermometer yesterday at 6:30 p.m. That'll really get'cha pumped for summer and the oh-so-pleasant temps it brings to the South.
4. Watching a man drive his boat nearly full force into the dock near J.J.'s - a restaurant near the marina where we park our boat. Who knows? Maybe he was feeling a little Die Hard yesterday and just decided to go with it.
5. Watching The Walking Dead on Netflix and actually liking it. This makes me question our judgment in fine television and, possibly, our maturity level.
6. Spending three hours on the lake yesterday and walking away without a sunburn. Could it be? Could this Irish skin possibly have achieved a base level tan PRIOR to August this summer?
That's about all I've got for today.
Tomorrow's forecast includes my first outfit post (and PICS!) as one of Savoir-Faire's fashion bloggers! The generous and beautiful (and newly engaged) Tess will be clothing me in stylish threads each month and I'll show you chicas how to style them!
Be happy, be air conditioned, and most of all...
Be blessed, lovelies-

hahahhaha those are awesome
ReplyDeleteYea the jeans...no. Just no! But you had me LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY at T and Joe. That chick is...an idiot. And kind of nuts. While I totally think the Manzos really should butt out of their legal stuff and T has NO reason to really share anything with them, that's about the only thing I can say in her defense. She's crazy. And I totally think she copies Melissa, not the other way around. But really, Milania needs her own show. Screw the rest of those bozos, just Milania calling Juicy an old troll is all I ever need in my lifetime.
ReplyDeleteOk, I love me some Jen Aniston but really....those jeans are awful! The saggy crotch is just not a look I want...ever.

Just like the time Teresa said Heckly and Jyde...I cannot deal.
ReplyDeleteI forsee this becomming a new link up! Loved it.
Maybe they are her hubby's jeans...or something. I do like the structured purse. Love the Die Hard Reference...and I'm with you on not burning yesterday--I went on an 8mi run around a like in the 99ish temps. I'm glowing today. Love it & Happy Monday!!!
ReplyDeleteI am willing to bet as stated that those are her man's jeans an she took the term "boyfriend jeans" literally. Lucky for her they are baggy. I refuse to try on Mike's jeans for fear they will "fit" me! If you know what I mean ;)
ReplyDeleteThe fact that you are watching The Walking Dead actually gives you MUCHO cool points in my book. I'm like... obsessed with that show. To the point that I didn't sleep for 3 days after the last finale I laid there wondering what was going to happen this coming season. HOOKED I tell you.
too funny! i love me some teresa and "juicy joe" ha! she is just in a class all by herself. :) of course, i'm not really sure what that says about me since i am watching the show... :)
ReplyDeletePhysical therapy? Now that's humerous!
ReplyDeleteLove this post.
ReplyDelete1. That outfit is hideous...I don't care if you are Jen An or not.
2. Physical therapy had my rolling. That girl is full blown idiot.
3. The heat and humidity is already killing me. Being a southern gal comes with a hefty price tag.
crazy jean! Only JA can look great wearing that.
ReplyDeleteI want to see your outfits!
Have a nice day!

Jen's outfit is definitely questionable! And it is so HOT in Tennessee right now, I can hardly stand it! Also, my husband and I like the Walking Dead too :o)
ReplyDeleteThat outfit is whoa. Just saying. Eek. And Eric and I are in love with the Walking Dead. It's addictive on some weird level, right? I mean.. you watch one and then you're like "I mean.. one more wouldn't hurt." Then, "I kinda want to know what happened to that one guy..." And just like that, you're hooked.
ReplyDeleteI often sit at the dock near one of the busy bars here at Lake of the Ozarks just to watch people attempt to dock their boats. It is absolutely the best way to relax, laugh, and sip on a cocktail for two hours!
ReplyDeleteThese did not make me go hmmm, they made me legit lol! The first three were pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteI'm secretly (or not so much now) glad you liked Walking Dead. It took us a while to give it a chance, but we love it too!
What is Jen thinking!!?? Oh my gosh...
ReplyDeletetoo funny, Leslie!
I hope you'll check out my blog today, I've nominated you for an award! :)
xoxo
Love this post...not so much that outfit. I have never understood the baggy jeans look - on anyone!
ReplyDeleteGeez, I love this post. We would totally be bff in real life, without a doubt. I could see us chit chatting about all of this ridiculousness over a glass of wine. Sounds pretty fab to me :)
ReplyDeleteThe Walking Dead = Totally Awesome! That is all.
