(Oh, also, dalmatian print is the new leopard. You heard it here first.)
With the fall season fast approaching, I wanted to freshen things up a bit. When it came to inspiration, I knew I craved something with a subtle print or pattern, a whimsical header font and the same crisp and clean aesthetic that I've always gravitated towards. And also easier-to-find social media buttons, which you'll notice on the right.
I mean, she kind of completely nailed it, didn't she?
She sent over the preliminary design yesterday and I gasped when I opened it. How she works her magic, I'll never know.
I have to talk about the header font for a second. That beautiful, loopy cursive? That's Aubrey's own handwriting, which she converted to a font for this design. I don't think it gets more personal or creative than that.
If you are looking to take your blog from "eh" to "oooooh!", give my girl a shout. She's one of those intuitive, artistic peeps who just gets it, you know? This was my second time working with her and it seriously is always a pleasure.
Okay, that's all. You may now return to your regularly scheduled morning latte.
i love the new design! it looks great! xo jillian - cornflake dreams
